12-month limited warranty
All of our buildings come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing errors.
If something goes wrong with the building due to something we have done wrong during the manufacturing process, then we shall endeavour to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
All of our buildings are pre-treated with a factory base coat to protect in transit and storage. For all of our timber buildings we recommend an application of quality timber treatment as soon as practical after assembly and thereafter annually.
Wood is a natural product and prone to changes in appearance, including some warping and splitting, particularly in extremes of temperature. This is natural and is not covered by our guarantee.
Cosmetic imperfections such as changing colour, dulling or scuffing over time are natural and not covered by our guarantee.
Issues arising from storm damage are not covered by our guarantee
Issues involving condensation or water ingress are not covered by or guarantee
Issues arising from ‘fair wear and tear’ are not covered by our guarantee
